Abstract

The present research work was carried out to compare the phytochemical analysis of two menthe piperita varieties (citrate and perpeta) stem and leaves extracts. The methanol and ethanol leaves extracts showed large quantities of the investigated phytochemical in Mentha piperita citrate. n-Hexane extracts were found the less phytochemical contents as compared to the other extracts.
