N2  - The first step to reach the successful educational staff is to recognize the factors influencing the quality of the employees' activity. One of these factors is the job satisfaction of teachers, since there is a direct relationship between job satisfaction and their performance and those having satisfaction, do their job better. This paper investigated the challenges of job satisfaction and turnover of education organization employees.
