Abstract

The study aimed to investigate the relationship between behavioral trend investors and investment in R&D expenditure of companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange and the impact of CEO’s duality on this relationship. This study is a casual and analytical and library survey, and based on analysis of panel data (panel data). The 134 financial companies’ data listed in the Tehran Stock Exchange was examined during 2008 and 2014. The results showed that the CEO’s duality has a direct significant impact on the behavioral trend of investors and investment in expenditure on research and development of companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange.
