In the proposed model, a discount scheme is applied as an incentive ‎scheme to coordinate the supplier and retailers.‎ In this paper, an efficient hybrid algorithm is developed to solve the proposed model. ‎The proposed algorithm is designed based on Genetic and Ant Colony Algorithm‎.
