A Survey of the Relationship between Organizational Climate and Job Stress Among the Employees of the State Banks

The present study is aimed to evaluate the relationship between organizational climate and job stress of the employees of the state banks of west Azerbaijan province. The sample is 88 managers and experts of the state banks of west Azerbaijan province as selected randomly. To perform this descriptive, cross section and applied study, a questionnaire is applied. After the evaluation of the validity and reliability (reliability is computed as 0.773), the questionnaire is distributed based on random sampling method between the managers and experts of the state banks of west Azerbaijan province. Finally, 88 questionnaires are collected. The analysis of data is performed using SPSS, 16 software, Pearson correlation test and regression analysis. The results of study showed that all the hypotheses of study were supported.
