%X The aim of research was to study the prospects of integration of the functioning of the network form of business entities with a view to innovative development of the national economy. To this end, the European experience has been reviewed and clustering by comparing the peculiarities of this process in Russia. The subject of the study were the organizational and economic relations between the participants of integrated units, which applied the modern concept of neo-institutionalism.
