From economic impact assessment, the machine reduces the cost of acquicission of two or more batch process cooked palm nuts digesters. Using CAE software, SOLIDWORKS the machine is designed and developed. The machine is designed with a barrel capacity of 0.1429 ??3 and an ultimate load of 2.567KN. A worm –beater shaft at a720rpm speed, 0.14m pitch transporting and apparent volume of 0.01588??3 of palm fruits undergoing digestion per revolution.
