Examining the Effects of Organizational, Strategic, and Environmental Factors on Export Performance with the Mediating Role of Export Innovation in Kalleh Company

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational, strategic, and environmental factors on export performance as mediating role of export innovation in Kalleh Company. This research is an applied one in terms of the target-ba.sed classification and a descriptive survey one in terms of the method-based classification. The studied sample of managers and experts in Kalleh Company consists of 160 people. The sampling method is available and the sample size was calculated 114 using the Cochran’s formula. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS and Smart-PLS software and reviewed with the help of structural equation modeling of research hypotheses. The results showed considering the mediating role of innovation, that organizational, strategic and environmental factors, formalization, decentralization, orientation and dynamics of export market have a significant impact on export performance, but the factors of commitment to the export market, information exchange and market competitiveness have no significant impact on innovation and export performance.
