The paper begins with a literature review to investigate the significant enablers in the Indian T&T sector. Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) has been utilised to establish a hierarchical relationship among the enablers. This research will also help to formulate the strategies to overcome challenges in T&T industry. The research found that the dependent enablers are Safety and security, Human Resource, Information and Communication Technology, Infrastructure, Natural resources and Health and Hygiene. Independent enablers are Transport, Price and Policy rules and regulations. The Environment is an autonomous enabler. No enabler is linkage.
