To survive in today's more ‎complex and uncertain business environment, organizations are forced to implement ‎knowledge management in order to gain competitive advantage; however, due to the high ‎failure rate of knowledge management projects, they are needed to assess their current ‎situation through reliable and scientific approaches and to adopt and implement the ‎appropriate strategies for the project to succeed.
