PRESENTATION OF A CONCEPTUAL MODEL FOR SUPPLY CHAIN RISK MANAGEMENT IN THE ORGANIZATION

Abstract

Administration of organizations in Iran is similar to the old methods with using structures that have its roots to the beginning of 20th century. Responsibility and static structures have caused low productivity and coordination between today’s organizations in Iran, mainly being involved in variable quality, high prices and costs. Rapid changes in the past two decades, especially in IT, have transformed smart systems, management systems and organizational leadership. To be released from the mentioned shortcomings, various control methods, such as supply chain risk management, have been developed. The method of applied supply chain risk management in an organization has been investigated in this article, such that the trend of executing risk management and risk evaluating variables in an organization are discussed by using a model. Fuzzy Topsis is used in operating the presented model from the work breakdown structures group. In general, the aim of this article is introducing a method for preparing correct and predictable information for decision-making meetings of senior management in the organization concerning the supply chain management.
