The impact of employees training on the organization's performance - case study in Albania

The organizations increasingly feel the need to change. It came from several different factors and numerous. But an efficient way to manage these changes is continuously training employees. So, this research aims to survey the impact and effectiveness of training on the organizational performance. Moreover, we will observe the importance of training to improve and enhance the performance of the organization. It will also assess the strength of the link between training and organizational performance. Further, in this paper we will explore the impact that have the organizations size and age in the training and organizational performance. To achieve this research gathered data from organizations in the private sector through questionnaires. There were analyzed 130 questionnaires from 200 questionnaires distributed. The testing of research questions will be conducted through multiple regression and Anova analysis. The study will conclude with recommendations for organizations and for future researchers in this area.
