The variables were re-measured after 8 weeks of resistance training. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to check the distribution of data. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software at a significant level of p≥0.05. The results of this study showed that muscle strength in training groups was significantly increased; this increase was higher in resistance training group with nutritional knowledge.
