Abstract

The present study is considered one of civil issues which differ among lawyers theoretically and practically. To identify the cause of liability, a single criterion must be used to avoid conflicting results in similar cases. Adverse events always do not happen simply, but more often together with defendant's act, other factors are involved in damage. These factors are called "causes" or "conditions".
