Abstract

To create international communication and the emergence of the phenomenon of globalization, the need to create multi-lingual capabilities among people in society is felt more and more. Many sustainable development approaches are based on education. Hence, countries, especially developing countries, prioritize language teaching programs. Meanwhile, Iran is not an exception as a developing country. However, no significant progress has been achieved despite public and private investment in learning language. Therefore, the necessity of identifying negative factors in learner learning can lead to significant changes in this field. In this research, we identify these problems and evaluate the correlation of known factors with the random sample of size 1985 with an error of less than 0/03.
